In terms of speed, the “Adler II” sits in the all-round range between the “Adler” and the “Tiger”. The top sheet, which offers excellent grip without being sticky, is the same as on the Adler, but the sponge is slightly firmer, with a hardness of around 40–42. The sponge of the Adler II is also slightly faster and has greater catapult power than that of the Adler.
The Adler II is a very easy-to-play all-round rubber that will also satisfy more powerful players. Like the “Adler”, the “Adler II” is resistant to incoming spin, but can generate a lot of spin itself due to its high elasticity.
Anyone looking for a non-sticky all-round rubber of the highest quality would be well advised to choose the Adler II.
Please note, however, that the SpinLord Tiger is of even higher quality. The sponges of the “Adler” and “Adler II” are of Chinese origin, whilst the sponge of the “Tiger” is manufactured in Japan. As a result, the SpinLord Tiger is faster and generates more spin without any significant loss of control. The top-sheets of all three rubbers, however, are of equal quality and represent the highest possible standard offered by this manufacturer.
The Adler II is also the perfect choice for youth players, as this rubber offers proven European playing characteristics and value for money that can compete with any sticky rubber from a Chinese brand.
Furthermore, the “Adler II” is a pleasantly lightweight rubber.

The values given for speed, spin, control and disruption are based on our own tests. They may therefore differ from the manufacturer's specifications.

OX rubbers should be attached to the blade using an adhesive sheet. This is not included if you purchase a SpinLord rubber.
For rubbers with sponge, use a suitable VOC-free glue to attach them to the blade. Do not use glue sticks, adhesives containing solvents or any adhesive not specifically designed for table tennis rubbers.
Rubbers should only be attached to sealed blades.
Please note that we cannot guarantee that the rubber can be reattached multiple times. Depending on the type of sponge used, it may be damaged when removed from the blade, even with professional assembly.
Please also note that rubbers may warp to a greater or lesser extent depending on the type. Consequently, the amount of rubber adhesive required to assemble the racket varies from rubber to rubber.
