With the Tiger II, we offer a very grippy yet non-sticky rubber that falls between the Marder III and Irbis in terms of speed and spin. The soft sponge, with a hardness rating of 38–40 degrees, is the same as that used in these two rubbers.
The top sheet of the Tiger II is more elastic than those of the Marder III and Irbis models. Consequently, ball contact feels slightly softer overall, and the sound and speed-up effect are stronger.
Its speed is more than sufficient for a dynamic offensive game.
Nevertheless, the Tiger II allows for very precise placement of the ball. The feel is never mushy, and the catapult effect can be controlled at all times.
Furthermore, passive shots such as blocks can be executed more effectively than with many other offensive rubbers.
Another advantage is that the speed values are significantly closer to those of the Irbis than the Marder III, while the spin values are significantly higher. These values are at the upper limit of what can be achieved with non-sticky rubbers.
The Tiger II is therefore ideal for an offensive topspin-based game with long arm movements. It can be used by players of almost all ability levels, except in the highest leagues where harder rubbers are preferred. The Tiger II is also not suitable for players who predominantly play their shots from the wrist with very short arm movements – these players would be better suited to harder rubbers.
We would also recommend the Tiger II for ambitious young players.
The Tiger II is a very lightweight rubber.

Beläge mit Schwamm montieren Sie bitte ausschließlich mit geeignetem Belagkleber ohne VOC. Verwenden Sie keine Klebestifte, keinen Kleber mit Lösungsmitteln und keinen Kleber, der nicht für Tischtennisbeläge hergestellt wurde.
Montieren Sie Beläge bitte ausschließlich auf versiegelte Hölzer.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir nicht garantieren können, dass die Beläge mehrfach umgeklebt werden können. Je nach Beschaffenheit des Schwammes kann es auch bei einer fachmännischen Montage passieren, dass dieser beim Abziehen vom Holz beschädigt wird.
Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass sich Beläge mit Schwamm je nach Typ mehr oder weniger wellen können. Daher ist auch die Menge an Belagkleber (Anzahl der Klebeschichten), die für die Montage erforderlich ist, von Belag zu Belag verschieden.
