The Ultra Spin is a top-class All+/OFF blade made without balsa or carbon. It is the ideal choice for players who prefer a versatile, spin-oriented playing style.
It is slightly head-heavy and relatively stiff. The playing surface measures approximately 155 x 152 mm.
The blade consists of five plies, with the outer plies made of Koto and the core ply of Ayous. The intermediate veneers are made of birch. This results in an overall slightly harder ball impact, which is, however, still significantly softer than with Chinese blades. This makes it ideally suited to a European playing style. This blade's greatest strength lies in its high spin potential, which is maximised when used with suitable rubbers.
The handles are of average thickness. The anatomical handles are not quite as arched as those of some other manufacturers and are therefore hardly any thicker than concave or straight handles. As with the Ultra Allround, the EVA foam attached to the end of the handle ensures an even better fit in the hand than conventional handles.
The Ultra Spin is designed to work well with all types of rubber. However, please note that it is too fast for a predominantly passive playing style; this blade is more suited to an offensive style of play than an all-round style.
This blade is also ideal for youth players.

The values given for speed, spin, control and disruption are based on our own tests. They may therefore differ from the manufacturer's specifications.
Some values may vary, for example the weight of table tennis blades.
The playing surfaces (outer veneers) of this table tennis blade must be sealed to prevent damage to the blade.
If they are not sealed, the rubber adhesive can seep into the top veneer, causing it to flake off.
Furthermore, the top veneer may fray when the rubber is removed.
